2017 WBL SuMMIT REGISTRATION

The Summit is currently SOLD OUT.  You are still encouraged to register, and will be placed on the wait list, i.e. kept in pending status until a seat opens up due to a cancellation.  Please enter your registration and payment information as normal during the registration process to be added to our wait list.  No credit card payments will be processed until your registration is approved.  In addition, please do not book any non-refundable travel until your registration is confirmed.

Registration fees:

Summit registration fees include Wednesday 3/15 and Thursday 3/16 hotel nights at the Four Seasons Las Vegas as well as applicable taxes, program meals, etc. The only additional money you need to budget is transportation, add-on sessions, and any additional hotel nights if you plan to extend your networking experience.

Due to capacity constraints, and an effort to provide a diverse peer group to all attendees, registrations are limited to two attendees per company.  Exceptions are granted to WBL sponsoring companies, as part of their sponsorship benefits.

WBL FULL Member Rate:

$2795 - Early Bird (first 100 registrants)

$2895 - Regular 

$2995 - Late (after Feb 10, 2017)

WBL Basic member* Rate:

$3095 - Early Bird (first 100 registrants)

$3195 - Regular 

$3295 - Late (after Feb 10, 2017)

*WBL Basic Members will become eligible for the WBL Full Member rate upon logging into their profile at www.wbl.org and upgrading their membership level to Full Membership.

 

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. A cancellation fee will be assessed on a sliding scale, based upon how much we have paid the venue for your expected attendance. There is a cancellation fee of $500 if cancelled on or before 02/01/2017, and a cancellation fee of $1000 if cancelled on or before 02/20/2017. The remainder will be refunded via the original method of payment.

WBL cannot postpone registrations and/or transfer fees to future WBL Summits or events. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline and no shows for the conference will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker (must also be a current WBL member, or eligible to become so) are encouraged. The original registrant must submit the replacement's name and contact information to LMcKendrie@wbl.org. No fees will be charged if the original payment is applied to the substitute attendee.

Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy: WBL recognizes that serious issues may arise that could prevent an attendee from cancelling their registration within the time frame prescribed above. If a situation arises that prevents you from attending, please let us know as soon as possible.
